Proforma /Credit Card payments necessary for new accounts.
Once an account is open, payment will be due 30 days nett from the invoice
date.
Consignments will ‘arrive free of carriage’ where the order
amount exceeds £150.00 in mainland UK.
For orders less than £150.00 the charge for post and packaging
will be £10.00. Our minimum order is £100.00
Non UK customers, please enquire about transport charges.
Although every effort will be made to meet delivery dates, these are
estimates only and we cannot be made liable for late deliveries caused
by circumstances beyond our control.
Cancelled orders will incur an administration charge of £50.00.
Retention of Title and Risk: All supplied goods remain
our property until we have been paid in full, although the risk passes
to the purchaser on delivery.
Claims : Credit for damaged or faulty goods or for shortages
will not be issued unless we receive written notification within 7 days
of receipt of goods.
Product Changes and Specifications : We reserve the
right to add or delete from the range, or to change the specification
of products without notice.
Please note: Because of the nature of our products we
cannot guarantee uniformity of any specification.
Prices : All prices are ex VAT.
Promotional Offers : For every £60.00 stand we
will provide you with £60.00 worth of promotional handmade paper
(at its recommended retail price).
